Charged me $150 for a membership I never asked for or agreed to. Never sent information.internet

While making a telephone catalog purchase from The Company Store in I was asked if I would agree to take some marketing surveys in return for a $50 coupon for gas purchases. I never used the coupon because of small print restrictions. I never received any mail from this company, and their Visa charge for 149.99 in Dec '07 went unnoticed. This year they charged
$ 169.99 to my account and I immediately researched it. They say they will credit that charge, but it may take several months.

My concern now is the '06 charge for $149.99 and the deceitful way they do business. I was enrolled without knowledge of ANY cost to me, without giving my credit card number or signature to that company, only to The Company Store for merchandise.

I have received no goods or services and want my money back, but more importantthan that - I want it stopped!
