I got a computer from ShopNBC as a gift with other thing for the computer. It had a 30day to send it back and a 400.00 rebate. I didn't get the rebate or they didn't take the computer back. Thank God for SONY because they are going to take it back. ShopNBC on T.V. You lucky to get rebate or help.
