Very simple. I sent in all the required rebate info on time. It's been over two months and they say 'they never got it'. A guy on a plane once said, even if you send it 'return receipt requested', they'll say there was nothing in the envelope. Nowadays, all the big companies say "don't blame us, blame the people who give the rebates.
I had a $60 rebate coming but I'm sure they just throw them away and under their breadth say, 'prove that we ever received anything or that anything was in your envelope'. I hold the selling company responsible, ShopNBC. The rebate company is called PANACER. I'm betting they are as crooked as they come.
