Entered False Criminal history data into their database and linked it to my name. And Internet

I clicked on my name in the peoplefinders database and requested a complete criminal history report, to see if it contained anything.

There were multiple entries listed and none of it was me. Some of the entries actually had diffrent last four SSAN, s and birth dates but it was linked to my name and address.

So if anyone looks up my name on their data base and request a report, I' am a criminal.

Where does the personal and corporate responsibility for accuracy of such slanderous information being posted on the web lie?

I don't know yet but with the help of a good attorney I will find out.
