I purchased a PTZ Camera from cctvspecialty.com, the unit failed within a week of being installed. I contacted cctvspecialty.com and was promised a RMA number in order to return the defective unit. I never received the RMA number and numerous phone calls and e-mails to the company have been ignored.
I am now stuck with a $350.00 piece of equipment that does not work, the worst part is that my company is a reseller of this type of equipment and we now have a customer that refuses to pay a $5,000.00 invoice because of one stupid camera. WE have been forced to purchase a replacement unit from another vendor just so we can get paid and have lost a customer in the process.
