This company is charging my credit card for a service I do not have, nor do I want. I do not know how they got my credit card number, but I have an entirely different internet provider and have had. I have also tried to get ahold of someone at the toll free number provided and cannot get a human being.
Now I have to go through the dispute process via my own credit card company. They also are doing these charges manually right after I make a payment each month. Very unethical and basically they are stealing from me.
I want this stopped and I also want others to be aware of what this company is doing. Who knows how many people are being affected by this.
