Ripoff billed my credit card without my authorization or knowledge of any transaction

First of all I don't even know how these people got ahold of my credit card information.

I have my internet service with Earthlink and I use this credit card for them to bill me every month, maybe that's how.

These people from WPI*IFRIENDS billed my visa on Sept. 29 for $1.00 and then on Oct. 27 they billed me for $5.95.

I didn't order anything nor did I get anything in the mail for these charges.

No one got my approval or authorization for any of these charges either.

I would like to dispute them but have no clue on how or where to get ahold of these people.

Furthermore I have been literally ripped off in my eyes and would like to report these people for fraudulant activity on my credit card.
