EBAY Seller Takes your money but does not send merchandise Internet

I ordered a LCD monitor with the "buy it now" option. Payment was made immediately with paypal. The seller did not send the item. Did not provide shipping or tracking information. And will not respond to email. Currently in dispute with paypal. Avoid this seller at all costs.
