On 10/11,10/30,11/6 and 11/25/07 I was charged a total of Video Professor for which I never personally placed an order. This has caused great financial distress and I believe this company should be shut down. I am sick over this and trying my best to feed my girls much less wondering what they will not have for Christmas. This is our first meaningful holiday together and being a single mother of adopted childen, I am very hurt and disappointed at John Scherer and his company and the scam artists they are who probably use credit card software to catch people's identity on the internet. This is so disheartening. Today, I closed my credit card account. I no longer feel safe on even secured sites. When I spoke to the man at the other end of the line after dialing the number listed on my credit card, he would not answer any questions and would not directly address me only saying that my card will continued to be charged *very cold and uneducated*. My credit card company was very understanding, since I pay in full each month and promptly closed my account at my request. Hopefully, the FTC and Colorado Attorney General can discipline their trading practices.
