First of all, I have used this company in the past. They were fine up to now. On Nov. 8 they approved a medication payment of $101.36 on my debit card, the money was taken out of my account immediately. On
Nov. 9, I called them looking for a tracking number, they usually are very good with filling your prescription and sending it out the next day or so.
I was then told they were very backed up with thier orders for as long as 7-8 weeks. At that point I told them to cancell the order, they told me I would see the credit at the bank in 7-10 days.
On Nov. 18, I was sent an e-mail stating that I am qualified to order a new consultation (which is $52.00.) There is nothing posted on my account on thier website saying that my order was cancelled or that I have a refund coming (which always before is the way it was done.)
Since then I try to call them and it's always busy and I try to e-mail them and it's always sent right back to me. It makes me wonder if we're not just all foolish when it comes to doing buisness over the internet??
