This company advertises 24 hr shipment. Try 7 weeks now and still no product in hand

This company advertises a 24 hr shipment in most cases.
My order that is still open with them at this time 10-29

It has been 7 weeks since it was placed and still have not got my back pain medication, how hard is it to fill a bottle with meds and put in a shipping package? This is tottaly uncalled for if i ran my buisiness like they do i would be chapter 11 in a week.

Im begining to think ive been ripped off.
I call there customer service # and all they say is there backlogged. Tell me another excuse. Fill the order and go.

The order is still open but no tracking # available for 7 weeks now.

I have to admit they used to be the best... Now they have become the worst.
Dont use this company.
