I was ripped off be EPAINMEDSGLOBAL.com because of their neglegence. I ordered a consultation which costs $115 on the online submitting medical questionare. First I inquired about having a cough which was not going away. I didn't inquire about anything else. I figured that since they sell hydrocodone, which is good for cough, they would also sell hydrocodone cough medicine syrupe. I played by the rules filled out the form, sent in records, even though it didn't tell me until after I paid my money. I was instructed to call back a day later when the records were approved.
Next day I call and talk with the doctor. I explained my condition and after 5 minutes the doctor didn't have a single medication to help my cough. I asked the doctor if I could get the money back less the processing fee of $35. She said that it would be likely since I wasn't told about their company not having cough medicine at all.
Well even the CSR at Epainmedsglobal.com told me that I should be expecting a refund soon. Great, not so far. I recieved a call right after the hang up by another CSR who stated that my medical records have been denyed and that I would need to send better ones in if I wanted medication. I told her that I already spoke with the doctor and she mentioned nothing about my records. Further more E was told by another car. Prior to the consultation that the records were approved and the doctor was awaiting my. Call. Could go believe that the lady called me a liar by telling me that what Isnid was impossible. I then told her that I don't want to send more records in because their services are not needed. She told me are you sure you don't have any pain?
I felt like saying the only pain is me not able to reach across the phone and put her face in her hot coffee. To this day Exhalent recieved a refund of $ll5 less the processing fee which is $35. They owe me $85, I played by the rules but ended up a sucker. Don't let this happen to you!
