Ok well back in January I order by Phone thier product they took my debit card information and everything! Said i had 30 days to decide after the free order to cancel or not which I did cancel the day after I recieved the order cause it was in effective so any how I cancelled my subscription with thier company and then I recieved another order from them
I called them back. Told them this was not supposed to have been sent to me. Then they told me to mark a # on the outside of the package and refuse it and it would take thirty day to refund back to my Debit card. Ok that wasnt a big deal. I did what they said to do. Now it should be refunded by 03/01 ok.
But now they have charged my debit again and I cant even stop them. I cant even get ahold of them about this. This is really wrong because this put me over on my bank account and so I feel like they should have to pay any expiences that is caused as a result of thier company!
