These people are the biggest rip-off I have ever encountered! I DID manage to get them to refund the $149.95 they STOLE out of my bank account, but not without some fight. I did not, however, get them to refund the money from all the insufficient funds fees that this unauthorized withdrawal caused! And I'm sure there will be more fees as I have to wait 8 days for them to refund my account!
