So go ahead and Google "people search"
You will find so called consumer guides warning you not to sign up for any people search companies without "reading this warning first."
They warn you to stay away from companies that charge you, then give you only the most basic info found in White Pages for the people you want to find... Furthermore telling you other sites will will charge you more when you want to get more detailed info than just an address.
Next the top 3 companies are recommended that supposedly are the most reputable... net Detective rated #1.
So what... So you pay the 29 clams, and in you go. Time to find Bob... Hey neat, here he is. Sweet... Oh wait, let's see if he has a record...
You think you get a "criminal background" checker? Oh you do, it just basically says "yea" Bob has a background. You want to learn more? Surprise 29 more clams!
Hey but at least you get Bob's address right!? Not necessarily... I found at least a dozen names with addresses on OTHER sites for FREE, that I could NOT find on N.D. Even though I paid 29 bucks for a so called premium svc. It's true, type in a buddy you know exists in your state, and voila, nothing comes up. Go elewhere, pay nothing, and BOOM there he is! How can that be, the Freebee finds him but Net Detective says "no results found"???
What's worse is they give you only 3 boxes... 1st name, last name and state to search with. No city... Nope that would cost extra I assume. So get this, you wanna find Bob and he's not in the 1st state you selected??? That's okay just enter his name in 49 more times until you find the 1 in 50 states he does live in. That's right, the field clears each time you do a search and you can only search one state at a time. LOL
So if you want more than an old address do not pay these chumps 29 bucks... If you do you will be the chump... Like me: (
