I paid for a service as described on the website for a set fee and it came with a money back guarantee. After I made payment the service description changed and there were mandatory hidden costs.
I e-mailed them and e-commers website and asked for a refund as offered on the website about 6 times now and all I get is counter offers and excuses to avoid paying the refund.
I feel this is fraud and day-light robbery and I feel it is only fair that they live up to their promise of a money back guarantee and give me a refund. I even supplied them with reasons for me asking for a refund.
