Unauthorized charges from MyiProducts Imail appeared on my September phone bill. After contacting the company's customer service department to dispute the charges, they refused my dispute claim and said that if unpaid, the account would be turned over to collections. The charges again appeared on my October phone bill with AT&T. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to do the same. Please note that the Better Business Bureau lists an additional address for this company: 2615 S. Lowe Ave., Chicago, IL 60616-2530.
