For almost two years, At&t has allowed MYIPRODUCTS IMAILs, a fradulent company, to charge me $16.00 a month. I had never heard of the company and each time that I contacted At&t about the bill, I was told to contact the company. After contactin MYIPRODUCTs on numerous occasions, the charges have still been incurred on my bill.
I just don't understand how At&t could allow a company that they are not associated with to add charges to my bill. I am hearing-impaired and why will I sign up for voice-mail, knowing that I will not be able to understand the message.
This is an outrage! And something needs to be done to stop these outrageous charges! If anyone knows of a way to put a stop to this, please contact me.
