I placed 3 orders totaling $68.91 with HalfPriced Mags between April & July '07. After allowing the 8 week waiting period for start of the subscriptions and receiving nothing, I began emailing the customer support site.
I have sent 3 inquiries and in each case I received an auto-response advising a "case number" but that is the end of it. I am pretty frustrated and just want the product I ordered or a refund.
I should note I have ordered numerous times from this site and this is first time I have had problems. After reviewing your site I sent a message to the owner (Joel Shimkhai) today so we'll see what happens with that!
