Fai, has been taking out 35.99 every week from my checking out, since 5/07, promised to send laptop after paying $400.00 they have taken over $700.00 and no laptop yet

Financing alternatives, inc has been taking out $35.99 from my checking account since may. They promised to send me my laptop after i payed $400.00 on it i have paid over $700.00 and have not recieved no laptop. October 05 was the last payment that they took out, i have already called my bank and put a stop so they will no longer take payments. Please help!
