25.00 charge for service less than one year Allusa

I did not know about the 25.00 fee until I discontinued the service.
And surprise... I charge on my credit card
I only paid 6.95 per month. And that was the worst dial up connections I ever got with any service. I had to discontinue service just so I could get a good connection.
If you do not read all the fine print you will be stuck with a extra charge
The phone customer rep could not give the correct date of start of service so even if you did complete your 1 year of service they may still charge you 25.00!!
