My Site Space rips you off. Google complain mysite space and you will be shocked at the type of service this company provides to its customers. I've personally experienced the same. My mother bought a domain name for my deceased brother and purchased hosting for his site. She had billing errros, sex related spam, down time etc. At the end of the year she contacted them to cancel the site and move the domain. She was told - we own your deceased son's name, your credit card is billed for another year and we refuse to refund your money - tough luck. After many attempts to resolve, with rude emails from the billing department, the site mail box began to be filled with sex related spam. The site was shut down and mysite space refused to give us a refund. They deleted all the folders in the control panel and also made it impossible for us to get the content. Lucky for back ups...
If you read all the complaints, you will find they do the same with other companies or individuals who want to leave. You can see pages of similar actions that we experienced by these goofs. Forum? None - all people who work there. Don't put your site with these rip offs unless you want similar treatment. Bad company to do business with. Credit card company refunded us based on many other complaints like ours.
