False advertising

Purchased an unlimited bandwidth and data hosting account with 50 domain names. Used multiple domain names for my start up company, for optimizing sites, development and had a few production sites that were being test-marketed. Company contacted me a few months ago accusing me of reselling a shared hosting plan. I was not, and never did resell any hosting for any other company. This matter was resolved, and I continued hosting with them.in January, they contacted me again, saying I violated their AUP, saying my startup was a "large business". Had used very little bandwidth, and 3000 mb of space out of my unlimited package, but did have 50 domain names - all for my start up's purposes. I contacted the company after they accused me of violating their AUP. I believed this matter was closed when they invoiced me for the month of January. However, within hours of paying this invoice, AlpsHosting shut down all of my websites, including my production sites, saying that I was a large business.

I never exceeded the 50 domain name limitation, and I used an infinitely small quantity of the advertised unlimited bandwidth and unlimited disk space. The company has refused to issue a refund for the hosting paid for in the most recent billing period.
