I noticed that 31.98 had been taken out of my account twice on the same day. I called the company named, ID PROTECTION. I was told that I sign up for the service. I told them I did not sign up for it and especially not twice not knowing who they were are what they did. The operater said that I could not get my money back but if I was charged twice they would refund me. I was instructed to fax a copy of my bank statement as proof. The fax number was not in service. I called to let them know of this. The operator put me on hold with no intentions of coming back. I went online for a live chat and the same person would not give me any information as far as company location, phone numbers of other contacts, or a higher rep or owner.
