I ordered a laptop, router, printer, location free living unit. Order was on 7-30-07 on the plan of no payment for one year on or about two months later they claim that the plan was denied and that I was put on the sin month plan.
Since then the owner of the resident in which I stay has informed them that the phone is not mine but hers and to please stop the harassing phone calls which still continue till today.
Also I was suppose to get rebate forms for all three items spoke with a Mr. Jacobs who informed me that in about two weeks I should have the rebate forms. Till today I have not received the forms but still receive the harassment calls.
