Fustrated after four failed attempts to use Plan3D I emailed the company to cancel my supscription the same day I ordered it.
I was notified by an "automatically generated email" that my subscription was refunded. Then I was emailed again by Mike Gariepy the president of the company telling me that my request was insulting. Mr. Gariepy stated that life was too short to be so mean and nasty and what did I expect for $3. A month.
I replied to Mr. Gariepys email apologizing that he took my email as insulting and that was not my intent but I was not apologizing for my opinion. I then requested to speak to a supervisor.
I was emailed again by Mr. Gariepy in an even more insulting manor then the first. I again replied telling Mr. Gariepy that he should read my emails again when he was calm and he would see that I was not trying to insult his company and that I had apologized twice in my email that he felt insulted. I also wrote him that I did not feel as though his emails were professional. I had already been informed that my supscription was refunded and that he was going beyond his duties to insult me via email.
This is not the way to handle an unhappy customer. I'm sorry Plan3D wasn't a good fit for me but how much abuse do I have to take? This person has access to my email address, my home address, my phone number, and my credit card information. I don't feel safe.
