Our mom has Constitution ISP support in University Location, WA. Roughly 25% of her e-mail delivered to the exact same legitimate addresses (quarry, and my spouseis) are delivered 'undeliverable'; Constitution may be the only support that's an issue with this handles... We obtain roughly 500 emails daily from different companies/providers with no grievances they have been delivered towards the sender. Constitution, however, will not actually recognize an issue; when my mom uses the instructions about the delivered emails: "if you were to think you obtained this notice in mistake, please react to [email protected]", she gets no motion, and also the bad support remains. Constitution has obviously become too big to react to client requirements. I'll be shifting her to a different service, and might suggest that those individuals who have additional options, don't utilize Constitution for an ISP service.
