I placed my order for an auto mirror via their poorly designed online system and then waited two days before getting a confirmation email. This waiting without hearing from them, and the fact that their online system was so crummy and seemed unsafe to use with my credit card information, made me feel uneasy and just wasn't what I was used to when ordering things online. Based on my uneasy feelings about the company, I found another company to work with and ordered a mirror from them instead (this turned out to be a blessing since I got an email immediately thanking me for my order and the mirror was delivered within a few days in perfect shape and it even fit!).

I then sent an email to Internet Glass Network and told them to cancel my order and to not charge my credit card or I would dispute the charge. Wow did I get a response! That dispute the charge comment seemed to really set them off. The email response was full of derogatory comments and even a personal insult! I couldn't believe what they wrote back to me - I have never received communications like that from any company I have dealt with via the Internet.

This report offers a warning about dealing with this company. Be on the look out for an insulting email if you dare cancel your order! So far I haven't seen any charges come through from this outfit on my card for parts not received, but if I do you better believe I'm going to place a charge dispute immediately!
