I ordered a Lenox Opal Innocence Teapot on 3/6.
I called the phone # given on the web site for information about shipment - I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. I called and emailed after the 7th week. I was told it was back ordered and had been given to the person who deals with this company.
I was told it would be a few more weeks and would be notified by email when it was being shipped.
I have called and emailed multiple times and have yet to receive an email with a shipment date or a refund notification. It is October 11.
