I entered into an agreement in May of 06 whereby I paid weekly installments until May. Upon completion of my payment schedule the company would not answer any of my queries as to shipping dates, etc.
Repeated phone calls yielded nothing but recorded messages and email did not produce as much as one answer. Now, I see that their web site page is "under construction".
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Virginia and they have informed me that the company has 2 employees and may be operating under a different company name. That name is, Liberty Financial, LLC. They also informed me that as of 07-24, all complaints should be referred to the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs.
The BBB said that their files showed 555 complaints in the last three years with 339 of them closed within the last year.
