Went through a bunch of trouble getting stuff off of my debit card in order to be "paid for survey taking" and when my payment time arrived they gave me the run around

I completed several of this companies offers that were part of a consumer survey experience... The company is supposed to pay different sums for different offers and once the total reaches the amount of $100 in the approved section, you can request payment. I requested payment once I had the $100 approval and had went through the hassle of getting all these offers cancelled off my credit card in which overdrafted my account because many of the companies won't cancel the offer even after physically calling and demanding that they cancel the offers they are charging you for. I had to argue with many of these companies for charging my debit card even after I had cancelled and provide a cancellation code to prove to them that I had indeed cancelled. Payment did not arrive within a month, so I contacted pandaresearch.com to ask why I had not received payment. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks to receive payment and acted like they were irritated that I was asking them for my payment... 4-6 weeks passed and there was no payment to my account so I contacted panda research again. They told me that I would receive payment within 90 days and assured me that I would be payed within 90 days. This time frame was within a week of ending so I contacted them again. Once again they were short with me and assured me that I would be payed by the end of those 90 days... The end of those 90 days concluded and there was still no payment. I emailed them several times and now the company won't even respond at all. I have saved the emails from where they have assured me that I would receive payment, just in case something like this were to happen and now I don't know where to go with this... I just can't understand how a company can get away with this and make money in the process, yet they don't compensate for the headache they put people like me through... Please help!!! I would just like to get the $100 back in order to pay back some of the debt they caused me through this entire process (or I should say ordeal)... Thank you so much for any input you can provide me!!
