I have had the same problem with this company. The software is bugged and unstable. The company gives no support unless you pay for it and even after that support is you calling in and they call you back at their conveniences. I purchased this system in 06 and since our database was imported, the system was unstable, crashes frequently and had more bugs then a rotten tree.
Initially, we were promised with a system that would do wonders for us and would do everything our old system did and more. We learned the hard was that it didn't do everything and actually alot less. With the system cost of $1500/license hardware, we were out of support and luck.initially, they would send us work-arounds or patches for our crashes, bugs, whatever. Now, we get nothing unless we put out more $.
