I placed an order at fragrancehut.com on June 3 for over $30. Two days later my credit card was charged the order amount, but the status of the order didn't change on the website.
After I didn't receive anything for two weeks I started contacting the company about my order. They answered one time that there was a "delivery error" and that they will either resend the items or refund me they money. That is all I ever heard from them.
Since then it has been three months and I have sent them multiple e-mails (they do not provide a phone number on their website) which have not been answered. I was not refunded my money nor have I received the items I ordered.
