Unfair and illegal gaming practices

I have played at the Golden Casino website. I realize that there are restrictions on gambling online in the United States; however, i have always enjoyed playing. Golden Casino is very dishonorable and I think participates in fraudulent financial activities. On two occasions, I had two deposits that showed up on my credit card twice. When I tried to speak to customer service and explain that they had charged me twice, i got no results. I also notice that withdrawals are billed to various companies with many different names.

The reason this is done is so that the financial institutions and the FDIC cannot track it back to Golden Casino. I feel that they do not pay out monies and when you do request a withdrawal, it is very difficult to receive the money and they expect you to send very private and personal information. I don't understand why they would accept a credit card number without verifying it but in order to get a payout, you have to verify it.

I requested a small refund in the amount of $200 for the two times I was overcharged on my credit card. I could not even get a response via e-mail and when I spoke to someone on the phone, all he did was lock my account. I would like to know what legal action can be taken or who I should file a complaint. I think the FDIC needs to know about the financial dealings of this company. I do not think the banks and credit card companies should honor these transactions. Any suggestions?
