Dell withdrew funds from my checking account 3 mos. After I paid off computer! Ripoff

I was having problems with dell for over a year. Late charges, high intrest rate 29.9%. This was when I was paying regular monthy payment.

Then i got sick, had 5 major surgeries. I called dell and asked them not to call me while i was recovering, told them that i was going to be in the hospital i gave them the dates i would be in the hospital asked them not to call my cell phone. Sent leter to dfs following/per phone coversation. Dfs still called my cell when i was in the hospital recovering from surgery. After i got back to work, i paid dell off in full including late fees. Today, i got a statement from dell saying that i have a $60.00 credit. Before i paid the comuter off, i had auto pay (the only way to avoid late fees) taking the payment out of my checking account via electronic transfer. They used the info from the auto pay and took money out of my checking account. I was on the phone for more than 2 hours to day. Dell said i did not stop the auto pay. I did. I asked dell when i paid off the computer about stopping the auto pay, they said they would and the account is closed. I went to their web site and stopped the auto pay the day i paid off the comuter. I do not understand how they can do this. Is this legal. Can i steal 60 bucks from you, and give back a month later only after you complain. They took the money from me on 7/27/07 today is the 8/20/07.7 to 10 days to get my money back. Free money for a month. How do they get away with stealing!!!
