Comcast managed to lose my Inbox and all the messages. Furthermore, the mail no longer works. I click on a new mail message and get one that is not listed. Nothing works. I called them and they are "working on it" - like for at least 24 hours. That is except for the one bright bulb who told me it was my computer's fault - my MAC has a virus. I asked her if she knew what a MAC was and she froze. How's that for hiring the mentally handicapped? Don't rely on them to have any technical expertise.
