Illegally obtaining my personal account information ripoff

They must have taken my information from me when i was in my equifax file. That's the only online credit report that i've filed. I have never willfully given them my information, but they've hit my checking account on 3 occasions. There was two amounts each time. One for $1.00 and the other for $29.95.
