Won money refuse to pay, complete ripoff

Playing for months tried to get winnings and have never received a check total ripoff, they take my money to play but have won over 3000 dollars between me and other family members and closed accounts said because of fraud, my daughter plays in a diffrent city than me and they say its the same computer, got 800 number, but they will not talk to me
