Internet ripoff pirates @ $49.75 a month from my credit card for something i have never seen internet

Since december 06 i have been getting ripoff buy some internet company called onlinesupplier.com, for the sum of $49.75 every month.

I have to stop this company by visiting thier web site but you cannot get any info what so ever, you just get bombarded buy popups.

To date they have stollen $398.00 from my credit card account, surely there must be a gouverning force to prevent these internet pirates ripping people off.

I have even changed my card details to no avail they still manage to steal from me.

Does anybody know how to stop these pirates of the internet.
