Promises great service satisfaction but does not delilver, shotty business, bootleg copies, incomplete order, no satisfaction

I ordered and paid for 6 seasons of NIP TUCK, advertised as originals. After a month finally recieved order to only get season 1-2, most of 3 and season 6. All in flimsy plastic sleeves. Communication with vendor takes days and they promised to send the missing disks but thats all I ever heard or got.
