They say they have a GTd. They do not. They have no customer protection, they will refer to your local police! Internet

They will NOT Back you up, they will tell you that it is Pay Pal's responsibility to refund your money and pay pal always takes up for the vendor. Pay only with a major credit card and read the fine print for refunds.

Ebay sucks!
