I have won three games and try to claim my winnings but they want to bill my credit card. But they say it is completely free and no cost to get your winnings

I started playing because they gaurinteed it was free. When I won I could claim my winnings without them wanting a credit card to bill monthly to play.
I have submitted all the required information.
I have emailed them asking for assistance to collect my winnings.
They still want a credit card to bill.
