These days medical insurance companies want you to order prescription medications from warehouse pharmacies, because they get a price break. So when I finally did, I started seeing charges on my credit card from this "LSM5." When I inquired with my credit card company they told me it was an internet marketing firm. They gave me a contact number, but when I called I got a recording which told me to hold for the next representative and then I was disconnected! Fortunately, I have been with this credit card company for years, I had never had any disputes in the past, and they have honored my dispute promptly.
