In March of I began to receive packets of CDs from Onlingo. I had not ordered them, so I put them aside. They continued to arrive for 3 more months. On June 22, I noticed charges for Onlingo in my online banking account in rather large amounts: $75.00, $82.08, $82.85, and, $82.85. I went on line and tried to contact them. I got the run around in phone land with them, and followed their instructions to go online and contact them with my problem. I did so, but never received any answer. Then today, I went on Google and found another number called it and spoke to a Customer Service Rep, who told me they would only refund for the last CD. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he hung up on me. I received an e-mail minutes later giving me an RMA#334205, and all sorts of attempts to market my purchase of more of the CDs. I have used that RMA# and returned all four of the CDs, reiterating that I don't want them and demanding a refund of all my money.
Please note that the Rep said that I had probably signed up for a free laptop, and that was how they had been able to get the necessary numbers on my account to bill me. I never signed up for a free laptop. I did open one e-mail, but I did not sign up for anything. I think that's how they got my e-mail address and somehow were able to debit my account.
