I have been dealing with this company for a week now. I ordered their service and cancled their service all in the space of about 10 minutes. I can not get them to refund my money. They just keep asking how they can help and what's going on.
I have asked for a phone number and have gotten none. I asked who owned the business and have gotten no reply. I don't know where to turn next in recovering my money, or how to go about putting this company out of business.
