I am another victim of funtonia.com as well.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest everyone should as well. Maybe if there are enough complaints something can be done.
I paid for a year and can not download a single ringtone. My phone is new and my phone service provider said the phone is compatable with what I am trying to do. I e-mailed funtonia and the said "sorry for you inconvience, but you are not eligible for a refund"
They make it hard for honest companies out there doing business.
