Said they would only charge 99cents then charged hidden fees of 64.00 dollars Montreal Canada

I went online to try and find adownloading system it said on marketbill that i cant purchase a 2yr plan for up to 26.00 dollars every 2 years, when i sent my card through i got hidde charges of up to 64.00 dollars
