Took $24.95 out of my bank acct., without my authorization or knowledge

I went online to locate a person several weeks ago and noticed today that a company named Privacy Matters 1-2-3 debited my acct. $24.95. I called the company and inquired as to who gave them the authorization to debt that amt. From my acct. I was informed that they got my info from people search and used it to debt. The account the sum of $24.95.
