This company false billing information and collected fraudulent information from online and reports it to my credit file without authorization or permission purpose. I have reported them to FBI, FCR, FCRA, FCDRA an now I sent a letter to them

I am formally requesting that you validate all trade line notations you have submitted to the three major credit reporting agencies by Experian, Trans Union or Jefferson Capital System for me, Richard Lee Schrader Jr. For account number 0225317662003. I never got a statement from your company what so ever plus I never authorized this company to access my credit file. I have a copy plus my attorney has a copy, so it would greatly be appreciated that this is removed from my credit reports now. This is a third letter sent to resolve this which will be a final warning.
Due to possible inaccuracies in these CRA reports, I must demand that the validation I hereby lawfully request be in the form of a notarized statement by a person with original knowledge of the debt as it was constituted and who can testify that the debt was incurred legally, was not subsequently disputed as a result of returned, faulty, or recalled consumer products, was not utilized as a profit-loss tax deduction during the period it may have been payable, and was not claimed as a loss with any insuring entity during the period it may have been payable.
Please be advised that I am not requesting a verification that you have my mailing address; rather, I am requesting validation, i.E., competent evidence that I had some contractual obligation sans consumer protection encumbrance which incurred the original claims associated with this trade line.
Please know that you have 30 days from the tracked and confirmed delivery of this lawful notice to either answer these demands or to remove the associated negative trade line notations from the CRA reports. Any other action may constitute evidence of your intent to abridge one or more civil or other constitutional rights. Please be further advised that continued unsubstantiated reporting of possible inaccuracies to third parties may provide a basis for criminal complaints being filed in accordance with FDCPA, FCRA, and other federal statutes.
Also, the FTC will have on file copies of all four letters against you and your firm.
You have failed to explain exactly how you came into possession of this alleged debt. You have failed to provide a certified copy of any contract that proves that you have been hired, retained or in some kind of contract with Original Debt Holder to act in or on their behalf.
A closed account is not actionable in commerce or law. Credit reporting agencies indicate that this account has been closed.By mandatory adherence to Federal Reserves Rules and Regulations, Federal Banking Laws and Acts, and by following the procedures of G.A.A.P. (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices) a closed account must be zeroed out. Closed accounts are accounts that are no longer available for further use.
The requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act have been met and my claim against you validated -you have no jurisdiction to continue any collection activities. This is not a request for verification of addresses, receipts, deed of trust, or statements from some unknown agent like (Debt Company Debt Purchased From, a collection agency).
With the DISHONOR of Jefferson Capital System to properly VALIDATE this claim of debt now fully documented - Jefferson Capital System by Absolute conveyance and tacit agreement waives any and all claims against me and hereby agrees to compensate me for any and all attorney fees, court costs and collections fees.
Further, absent such validation of your claim, you are prohibited from filing any notice of lien and or levy and are also barred from reporting any derogatory credit information to any Credit Reporting Agency, regarding this disputed purported debt.

Disputing Information at the Source
It is perfectly acceptable to contact your creditor directly to dispute information they are reporting that you consider to be inaccurate. According to the FCRA, if you tell a creditor that you dispute an item, they may not then report the item to a bureau without including a notice of your dispute. Furthermore, once you have notified the creditor of your dispute in writing, they may not continue to report the information if it is, in fact, an error.
