Withdraw from my account after cancellation and caused over draft charges

I agreed to a pre-pay for 5 months of service with Peoplepc. I spoke with one of their techs about how slow they have become so he suggested for me to try a free trial of the excellarated program. He said just try it for 30 days and if you like it you can keep or just call back and we will cancel no questions asked and you will not be charged.

I tried it and I saw no difference. I called back prior to my 30 days and asked to be cancelled. The representative said okay and that I would not be charged for it and I was paid us until Sept. She also said I would receive a questionaire about this and I did.

About a week and 1/2 later I checked my bank account and had a (-) balance. I new something was wrong I new I had enough to cover my checks with about $10 bucks to spare. Low and behold Peoplepc did exactely the opposite of what I requested. They charged my account the night before a couple of other checks came in and do to this I was charged two NSF fees totalling $70.00 please $5 a day each day in the (-).

I called Peoplepc and they agreed to refund the money but it will take 7 - 10 business days. That's a possible $50.00 or more extra out of my pocket due to Peoplepc error. When I told them about this they said it was nothing they could do and that I should not have set up two accounts anyway. I didn't set up anything. I just asked for a free, and I say it again free trial which was suggested by one of their employees.

Meanwhile am still waiting for my refund and it's like paying Russian Roulette when calling. Sometimes you get a nice person that transfers you to another person that back talks you and transfer you to another person that has no ideal what I'm talking about.

It's a joke and the said thing about this all Peoplepc billing is handled in India and no one there could tell me whom the Customer Service Manager or Vice President of the company or department head was. I had to check on-line. I really don't think the employees care or maybe their just not train to do real service. I have worked in the service industry for 20 years and I have never seen such a pitiful job of service.

I changed to Peoplepc because I wanted to save money. I go tired of paying so much for Comcast. Well you know what I wish I would have stayed with them because they offer the best internet service and their representative now how to handle the customer and how to keep them satisfied. The only problem is their pricey. I guess you get what you pay for well at least some of the times.
